Our Challenge  this week at Paper Sundaes  is ‘Clean and Simple’ …Oh dear, I was just not blessed with the talent to create ‘Clean and Simple’ cards.!! None or little embellishment oh my!! I’m sure many of you out there will be able to create some wonderful ‘Clean and Simple’ cards for our challenge and I would really love to see them. This is an area that I could really use some inspiration.

After a far bit of procrastination and swapping to and fro this is what I came up with:

Paper Sundaes Clean and Simple

I decided to use Magnolia Mini Tucked Tilda and make a start on my supply of Christmas cards for 2012. I think if I make at least one a month that might help when it comes to being prepared this year.

For a closer look:

This is such a sweet image and as I didn’t get the chance to use her last year I’m on a roll with using my yet to be inked stamps. Tilda is stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black onto Cryogen White card and coloured with Copic Sketch Markers. The Copics used are as follows: skin: E11, E00, E000, R20 hair: E35, YR24, YR21, YR20 clothes and sack: R29, R27, R24, R22, C3, C1, C00 I have added some dots with my Sharpie White Paint Marker

I must admit in the end after much indecision I was pleased with the end result. It makes a perfect Christmas card as flat cards are much easier to post. I would love to see your ‘Clean and Simple’ cards so please have a try at the Paper Sundaes Clean and Simple Challenge for a chance to win a terrific prize by this weeks sponsor Simon Says Stamp
