It’s blog hop time again over at Magnolia-licious™ and the DT have some wonderful Winter/Christmas themed creations to share with you. if you arrived from the lovely Katies blog you are right on track if you started here with me you might like to pop over to the Magnolia-licious™ blog and start at the beginning as you won’t want to miss a single thing!!

I will warn you now, this is quite picture heavy as I didn’t want you to miss anything. I’ve created a pretty Winter Gazebo gift box with loads of sweet Tildas from a variety of collections:

Winter Blog Hop

My Tildas are stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black onto Cryogen White Card and coloured with Copic Sketch Markers. The Copics used are as follows: skin: E11, E00, E000, R20 hair: E47, E44, E43, E42, E40 and E57, E55, E53, E51 clothes: W5, W3, W1, W00, C3, C1, C00 I added some Kindy Glitz here and there for effect

The Gazebo was created using the Winter Gazebo from SVG Cuts and some of my favourite Magnolia papers. It comes apart to in 3 pieces:

The bottom is a box ready for your special gift:

The top comes apart in 2 pieces for another lightweight gift and a tea light candle for effect:

You don’t quite get the impact of the gazebo in a photograph as it is quite large, The flat base of the box is 12” across and the whole thing stands just over 18” tall. There are a number of Tildas on my project, I fussy cut each one and attached them to the box with small acetate strips and double sided tape:

You can see by the close up photos I’ve embossed the platform panel and inked them to give a stone like appearance, and inked all the edges of the box for a more vintage feel

And on the roof:

fairy tilda

I kept the colouring very neutral to compliment my papers using just warm and cool greys with a little added sparkle here and there for effect. The cut edges of the papers have all been inked with Sahara Sand and the snowflakes all have Kindy Glitz

There are 2 ways to win in the hop today:

By hopping through with us and sending the total of the hidden numbers from all DT posts to Cathy cathyleeinco@yahoo.com   There may be some blogs with the same number as others, that is OK, you just need to add all your collected numbers together and send the total to Cathy. She will choose a random winner from all the correct responses received.

By participating in the Hop Challenge and creating a Holiday project. A random winner will be chosen from all of the entries.  Both winners will receive a $50 Gift Certificate from the lovely Diana.

Also you must do the following to be entered for a chance to win either of the prizes:

All comments will also be eligible for the Weekly Comment prize drawn on "W"ednesday.

For one last look, It’s a little hard to see in the photo but with the tea lights on it looks like this:
