Portrait of a Lady Mini Album… Sunday, Nov 18 2018

Our Challenge for you at Fussy and Fancy this week is Anything Goes. I’ve chosen to share my Mini Album using Graphic 45’s Portrait of a Lady collection:

Portrait of a lady A Goes

This post is a bit picture heavy but I wanted you to see all the wonderful papers and details. Let’s take a look through:

The album is based on a tutorial from Anne at Anne’s Paper Creations. The tutorial uses Graphic 45 Guilded Lily papers but is easily adjusted to other Graphic 45 collections. My first album using the tutorial was made using the Guilded Lily collection but I haven’t photographed it yet. The tutorial is very good and easy to follow. I would suggest that you watch each video through first as sometimes she adjusts her instructions throughout.

I made a few adjustments to the tutorial for this album using less fussy cutting and a few different flaps to suit my papers, but the main concept is the same

Each challenge we choose a Top 5 and GDT for a future challenge so join in the fun for a chance to join us in a future challenge.

Supplies:
Paper: Graphic 45 Portrait of a Lady collection
Cardstock: Bazzil Walnut Cream
Accessories: Chipboard, Flat Magnets, Tyvek, Scoreboard, Score tape 1/4” and 3/8”, PVA Glue, Sharp pointed Scissors

I will enter this card into the following Challenges:

As Christmas is coming very soon I’ve chosen some sweet Winter Tildas to create a pretty vintage Christmas table decoration::

I first painted each of the wood and chipboard pieces with 2 coats of white paint, then glued each piece together and when dry gave another coat of paint. As you can see from the finished product I did leave a few spot here and there a bit under done with the painting to give a more vintage feel.
