My gift bag is made from 2 pieces of Vanilla cardstock 11” x 7 1/2” . Both pieces are scored at 1/2’ from the top and 1” from the bottom and 1/2’ in from one side. the two pieces are joined to make one continuous length,  fold over at the scored 1/2” at the top to create a neat edge. Fold over the 1” at the bottom to created the base and fold in the edges. I have then added decoration with coloured card and DSP, reinforced the sides with a 1” wide strip of card folded in half. The base is reinforced with a strip of card 2” X 8 1/4”. The bag can then be decorated to suit your needs.
